Pricing
Trends in Learning Management Systems
We're putting
the finishing touches on the 2008 edition of our annual Low-Cost
Learning Management Systems report, which will be available
later this week. Systems included will price below average for small
to very large implementations. Crunching these numbers gives us
a chance to examine how pricing is changing from year to year.
The chart below
shows the average three-year cumulative pricing, including licensing
and maintenance fees, for small, medium, large, and very large LMS
implementations.

The
repository of all Brandon Hall LMS research is the LMS
KnowledgeBase. At approximately 4,000 pages in size if it were
to be printed, this is the most comprehensive and objective information
available anywhere about commercial learning management systems.
But, the information
contained in the LMS KnowledgeBase may be more information than
some people need. Our new report, LMS
2008 Snapshot Profiles: Overview and Reviews of 75+ Learning Management
Systems, provides shorter profiles of the same 76 learning
management systems covered in the LMS KnowledgeBase.
Need to select
an LMS that will serve your needs for many years to come? We
provide a large number of products and services to help you make
a smart choice.
